During a live meeting, audio, video, and shared content are transmitted between participants to deliver the Services. We do not monitor the content of your meetings except as required to operate the Services or comply with law.
Recordings: If a host enables recording, the meeting may be recorded and stored. Participants are notified when recording is active. Recordings are accessible to the host and authorized participants and are retained according to your account settings and the Data Retention section below.
Transcripts & captions: If enabled, meetings may be transcribed to generate captions or summaries. You can disable these features in your settings.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Meeting recordings and transcripts are retained per your account configuration or until you delete them. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
