Mayur Patil is a young Indian entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Forem Innovations Limited, a global software and technology company with offices in London, United Kingdom and Hubli, Karnataka, India. He also serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Forem Software.
A new-generation leader with an uncommonly long executive track record, Mayur has been at the helm of ambitious ventures since just 15 years old, when he took charge as Chief Operating Officer of Quality Metal Works before going on to serve as CTO at Forem Software. Over the two decades since, he has emerged as a driving force across operations and technology — channelling that experience into scaling Forem Innovations as a global, cross-border technology partner.
As Managing Director, Mayur leads Forem Innovations Limited's international expansion strategy, drives technology direction, and oversees a portfolio that spans custom software development, mobile apps, cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, and SaaS products. Under his leadership Forem Innovations has launched the Forem Suite — a collection of privacy-first apps with no ads, no tracking, offline support, and 20+ Indian-language coverage — and CyberPolicyPilot, an AI-powered cybersecurity compliance platform covering 18 global frameworks.
Operating from both London and Hubli, Mayur represents a new generation of Indian entrepreneurs building globally distributed companies — combining Indian engineering talent with UK and European market reach. He is known for a product-first leadership style, a strong technical foundation, and a long-term commitment to ethical, privacy-respecting software.
Mayur’s vision for Forem Innovations is to build one of the defining technology companies of the next decade — an enduring global business born in India and scaled from London, known for products that millions of people genuinely choose to use. He sees the coming era of artificial intelligence, privacy-first design, and Indian-language computing as a once-in-a-generation opportunity for young Indian entrepreneurs to lead from the front, not follow. Every product Forem ships, every market it enters, and every engineer it hires is a step toward that long horizon.
