2. Description of Service

FlavorFinder AI is a recipe discovery application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Generate personalized recipes based on available ingredients
• Scan images of your refrigerator to identify ingredients
• Provide voice-guided cooking assistance
• Generate AI video previews of recipes
• Track nutritional information for recipes
• Save and organize favorite recipes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited access to the Service with the following restrictions:

• 5 recipe generations per day
• Basic ingredient input only
• Save up to 10 favorite recipes
• Basic nutritional information

4.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription provides full access to all features, including:

• Unlimited recipe generations
• Fridge image scanning
• AI video previews
• Live cooking assistant
• Unlimited favorites
• Detailed nutritional data
• Priority support

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will revert to the free tier

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Content

Recipes, cooking instructions, nutritional information, and other content generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

6.2 No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice. Consult with qualified professionals for specific dietary needs or health concerns.

6.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of recipes and ingredients
• Ensuring recipes are suitable for your dietary needs
• Following safe food handling and cooking practices
• Checking for allergens in suggested ingredients

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Forem Innovations Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as images of your fridge). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.3 AI-Generated Recipes

Recipes generated by the AI for your personal use are provided to you without restriction. However, the underlying AI models and algorithms remain our intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Gemini AI - Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Firebase - Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Stripe - Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9.2 No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 Food Safety

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forem Innovations Private Limited regarding the Service.
